This is a sample file to show you the power and speeds I used to remove the anodized layer on our aluminum blanks. The center “sphere” has been left blank so that you can easily add your own logo or text. CRITICAL NOTE! I got best results with my head raised about 4mm UP and OUT OF FOCUS.

(The settings used were done on a 50w Fiber laser with 110 lens)
